Mini Swimrun for companies/colleagues
Friday 21st of august 2026, at 13-16 o´clock. Compete against other companies. This event is a nice and even a funny way to make an afternoon with your colleagues. 4 persons, each of you runs one at a time about 3 km route. Route follows the road, but also in water (no need to swim). After competition you have a warm finnish sauna to warm and take a bath, maybe a swim again 😉
Price includes: The competition and ”finisher” photo (file), sauna & shower. You can buy a very nice dinner 15 eur / person and continue the evening with your team. Dinner is served at the restaurant, together with awards ceremony at 17.15. Please note that you must book and pay the dinner in advance when registering for the competition.
Saimaa Trailrun
Friday 21st of august 2026 at 17.00. About 10 and 18 km routes in most beautiful nature in Puumala, Finland. Route follows the famous path called ”Norppapolku” in Puumala. You will see different type of forest and run closely beautiful lake(s). This is a great journey for trail run beginners, but also a route where most experienced runners can keep a high running speed.
Price includes: Competition and ”finisher” photo (file) , sauna & shower. You can buy a very nice dinner 15 eur / person and continue the evening with other participants. Dinner is served at the restaurant, together with awards ceremony at 20.30. Please note that you must book the dinner in advance when registering for the competition. Payment on site at the restaurant.
Mini Swimrun for kids and adults who wants to try
Saturday 22nd of august 2026 at 10.00. Run on the road, run in the water! No need to swim, but you will get wet! Total about 3 km. After competition you have a warm finnish sauna to warm and take a bath, maybe a swim again 😉

SAIMAA SWIMRUN ”A JOURNEY THROUGH NATURE´S MASTERPIECE”
Saturday 22nd of august 2026 at 10.00 (extra long distance 28-30 km), at 12.00 (long distance 16,4 km) and at 12.15 (short distance 9 km)
Price includes: Competition, swim cap (to borrow), servicestations during the competition, ”finisher” photo (file), small gift/memory, sauna & shower and food after race.
